As a caregiver (IG) or (district) nurse, you will work in a specialized team for clients with complex behavioral issues and psychological vulnerability. You will look beyond misunderstood behavior and investigate how to provide appropriate care. You will bring calm to complex situations and help build a new team where expertise, collaboration, and person-centered care are central.
What you will do.
- You will work in a newly established team in district nursing.
- You will provide care to clients with complex behavioral issues and simultaneously develop expertise in behavior, psychiatry, and complex home situations.
- You will assist clients who avoid care, who are dealing with tensions, psychological vulnerability, restlessness, or overstimulation.
- You view misunderstood behavior not as difficult, but as a cry for help, and you look for what someone truly needs.
- You will provide care, nursing, and common nursing technical procedures.
- You will share your knowledge and provide instructions to the regular district team.
- You will contribute with your colleagues to the future of care, where seeking appropriate innovations and digitalization plays an important role.
- You will be an important link for collaboration with regional partners such as hospitals and mental health institutions.
- Possibility to combine your commitment in this team with working in a regular district team.
What they ask
- A completed diploma as a caregiver (IG), mbo / hbo Nursing.
- A BIG registration and a registration in the quality register or the willingness to register (if you are a nurse).
- A valid driving license B.

- Affinity with psychiatry and seeking depth in your role as a caregiver (IG) or (district) nurse.
- Not easily unbalanced.
- Looks beyond behavior, builds trust, and understands the importance of calm, structure, and attention for clients with complex behavioral issues.
- Entrepreneurial, creative, and patient.
- Not hierarchically inclined.
- Brings perspective and positivity to challenging situations.
Practical
- A one-year contract with the prospect of a permanent contract.
- Salary in accordance with CAO VVT.
- 8% holiday allowance and 8.33% year-end bonus (13th month).
- Irregularity allowance and a pension scheme.
- A signing bonus of a total of €1,000.00 gross.
