You will work at a residential location, part of an Intensive Care Cluster. Here live 16 adults (24–65 years) with a severe intellectual disability and Challenging Behavior (MVG). The location consists of four linked houses and works closely with a day activity center. Residents need clarity, structure, safety, and trust. Work is carried out according to the Triple-C methodology, where we collectively ensure a stable and predictable living environment.
You will join a committed team characterized by collegiality, humor, and strong mutual cooperation.
What you will do. As an MVG support worker, you provide daily support and play an important role in signaling and preventing tension.
- Provide daily guidance and ADL support
- Signal tension build-up and prevent escalations
- Work methodically according to the Triple-C methodology
- Report carefully in the ECD
- Work irregular shifts (day, evening, weekend, and night)
- Professionally handle verbal and non-verbal aggressive behavior
- Ensure clarity, structure, and proximity in guidance
- Contribute to a safe and stable living environment

You are a robust support worker who can handle unpredictable behavior well and switch quickly in complex situations.
