You will work for a collaboration of public organizations providing services to residents of multiple municipalities.

What you do
- You investigate what residents need and implement appropriate care.
- You manage complex cases, including youth matters covering multiple domains or involving safety risks.
- You collaborate with families and chain partners to create a suitable safety plan.
- You seek appropriate help and involve support resources from the residents' social network where possible.
- You clarify requests for help, contribute ideas, and assess what support is needed.
- You offer short-term help where necessary and work towards greater safety and sustainable solutions.
- You increase safety within families/systems by creating a suitable safety plan with them and chain partners.
- You look for appropriate help and/or the deployment of support resources from the resident's social network.
