You will work for an environmental service dedicated to a pleasant, safe, and sustainable living environment in a specific region. The organization collaborates with municipalities and the province, focusing on permitting, supervision, and enforcement for entrepreneurs, organizations, and residents. Additionally, they advise on the living environment, construction, environment, energy, archaeology, soil, air, and nature, and supervise waste and raw material chains to prevent environmental crime.

What you will do.
- Handling complex enforcement cases, from intent to enforcement to collection decisions.
- Processing requests for enforcement.
- Contributing to meetings with external collaboration partners and internal working and project groups.
- Advising and informing involved parties about measures, procedures, and laws and regulations.

- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of HBO bachelor level.
- Minimum 5 years of demonstrable work experience in the role of enforcement lawyer at a municipality.
- Candidate agrees to the stated secondment conditions.

Wishes:
- Demonstrable completed education at a minimum of WO master level.
