The physiotherapy department of a healthcare institution provides care for hospitalized and outpatient patients, in close collaboration with medical, nursing, and paramedical teams. The team operates in various areas, including orthopedic, neurological, vestibular, uro-gynecological, and pediatric physiotherapy, and collaborates with numerous disciplines within the institution.
What you will do.
- Participate in the daily organization of physiotherapy activities on site
- Coordinate the work of employed and independent physiotherapists
- Ensure the quality of services and identify areas for improvement in terms of organization, practices
- Adapt the organization to the needs of user services and the objectives defined with the Management
- Participate in the administrative management of physiotherapists
- Perform full-time clinical activity as an independent physiotherapist
Profile
- You hold a bachelor's or master's degree in physiotherapy
- You have the necessary accreditation and visa to practice the profession of physiotherapist in Belgium
- You practice, or are able to practice, as an independent professional
- You have solid clinical experience
- Experience in a hospital environment and initial experience in team coordination are assets
