- The connector: Organizes the care and guidance of clients on location. Discusses care needs in the 'client/representative—therapist—counselor' triangle, records this in a care plan, and evaluates it regularly. Collaborates multidisciplinarily with, for example, a doctor, physiotherapist, and behavioral expert.
- The unloader: Relativizes and creates an overview. Helps clients regulate emotions in difficult situations with clear and concise communication.
- The guide: Supports clients in developing self-reliance, such as finding suitable work or day activities, and establishing and maintaining relationships.
- The atmosphere creator: Ensures a pleasant atmosphere in the residence and pays attention to what is happening, to make the living environment as pleasant and cozy as possible.

- An eye for vulnerability and easily connecting with clients' perception of the world.
- Seeks opportunities, discusses them, and dares to seize them.
- Contributes ideas on how to better organize care.
- A completed HBO level care education, such as Social Work or Social Work & Services.
- Willingness to work in varying shifts.
- Eagerness to learn. If necessary, reserved actions can be learned, such as dispensing medication, administering insulin, or providing wound care.
