What you will do. Within the BagDrop area, you are the eyes and ears on the work floor. You support passengers during the self-service baggage process and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Your tasks include.
- Assisting passengers with the baggage drop-off process
- Answering questions and proactively offering help
- Independently resolving minor malfunctions of BagDrop units
- Reporting larger malfunctions to the Service Team
- Reporting completed activities
Profile
You are hospitable, stress-resistant, and like to get things done. In a dynamic environment, you feel completely at home. You are very active, work independently, and appreciate variety in working hours.
What they ask
- Be at least 18 years old
- Be able to receive a Certificate of No Objection (VGB)
- Speak good Dutch and English
- Be physically fit and enjoy walking a lot
- Have no objection to irregular shifts

- Experience in a service-oriented role is a plus, but not a must!
