A specialized laboratory is looking for an experienced interim quality employee due to additional workload. You will quickly integrate and advise managers and supervisors on daily and more complex quality issues, moving smoothly between policy and practice.
What you do
- Translate quality standards, laws and regulations, and relevant developments into workable measures and improvement initiatives.
- Independently work on overdue quality tasks, including elaborating on non-conformities arising from accreditation audits.
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations and relevant permits.
- Act as a sparring partner for the existing quality employee.
- Contribute to the implementation, communication, monitoring, and assurance of quality policy.
- Fulfill both an advisory and executive role at operational and tactical levels.
What they ask
- Minimum HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level.
- Demonstrable experience as a quality advisor, preferably in a laboratory environment.
- Knowledge of and experience with ISO-EN-NEN 15189 is required.
- Affinity with laws and regulations and permits within medical microbiology is a plus.
- A background as an analyst is a plus.
