Personal Supervisor

You will work in a living environment for men with a mild intellectual disability and addiction problems, often with a complex history. You will bring calm, overview, and humanity to a setting where behavior and emotions can change rapidly.

What you will do.

• Guide residents and draw up, implement, and evaluate care plans.
• Work from ten areas of life and translate residents' goals into concrete, achievable steps.
• Maintain an overview, monitor progress, and ensure consistent, targeted guidance.
• Continuously switch between observing, guiding, and adjusting.
• Conduct conversations with residents, detect tensions early, and take action before situations escalate.
• Be a stable and professional factor within the group, even with complex or fluctuating behavior.
• Deliberately focus on proximity, movement, and practical interventions to connect and reduce tension.
• Support residential counselors in daily practice, monitor agreements, and stimulate methodical work.
• Contribute to case discussions and ensure guidance is executed along a clear line, even when group dynamics increase.
• Work in a warm and committed team where collaboration, openness, and humor are important.
• Make a visible daily contribution to the stability, development, and perspective of both residents and the team.
