As an intake and service employee, you are the first point of contact for citizens. You think along with them and provide tailor-made solutions, always in a personal, committed, and professional manner. You work in uniform and are the calling card of a government organization, where your actions directly influence its image and public trust.
What you will do.
- Record declarations/reports.
- Answer and handle questions from citizens.
- Accurately register questions, requests/reports, and declarations in the systems.
- Refer citizens to network partners, such as victim support, if necessary.
- Provide administrative support to colleagues, such as registering seized goods, handling reports, or gathering information.
- Ensure that requests or questions are directed to the correct department within the organization.
- Actively contribute to process improvements.
