What you will do.

• Manage, coordinate, and supervise own workers and subcontractors, including formworkers, steel fixers, and concrete teams.
• Organize and monitor formwork, reinforcement, and concrete pouring works.
• Be responsible for pouring planning, concrete orders, and coordination with the concrete plant.
• Check formwork, reinforcement, and cast-in provisions before each concrete pour.
• Monitor post-treatment and stripping.
• Prepare and monitor daily and weekly schedules, aligned with the different pouring cycles.
• Monitor efficiency, progress, and execution quality.
• Timely signal deviations, bottlenecks, and risks, and formulate proposals for optimization.
• Verify and monitor the invoicing of involved parties.
• Report on progress, risks, and points of attention to the project leader.
• Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and quality procedures, with particular attention to working at height, lifting operations, and concrete quality.
• Monitor concrete inspections, test cubes, and the technical requirements from the specifications.
• Contribute to work preparation, including the choice of formwork systems and the optimization of phasing and execution cycles.
• Collaborate closely with work preparers, engineers, and project leaders to ensure efficient and smooth execution.
