HRIS Project Manager

For a production facility of an international organization, we are looking for an experienced HRIS Project Manager. In this versatile role, you will work closely with local management and European HR management and play a key role in the optimization and further professionalization of HR, payroll, and HRIS.

What you will do.

• Analyze and optimize existing HR and payroll processes, the HR organization, and the interfaces between different HR systems, with a view to a future-oriented and Lean HR organization
• Translate business and end-user needs into functional and workable solutions
• Design, propose, and implement new organizational structures and processes, from concept to implementation, with an impact on both the organization and the HR team
• Coordinate collaboration between HR, IT, HRIS, and external suppliers, acting as a central point of contact for all involved stakeholders
• Guide change management within the teams through clear communication, documentation, training, and encouraging the adoption of new processes and systems
• Advise and challenge management on organizational design, resizing, governance, culture strengthening, change communication
• Operationally manage, guide, and coach 3 FTEs: 2 Payroll Officers and 1 Employer Branding Specialist
• Act as an operational business partner for employees, unions, and managers on complex HR issues
