A specialized care institution is looking for an enthusiastic nurse. You will work in a calm, warm, and respectful environment where both acute care and rehabilitation are central. In this role, you will collaborate closely with doctors, therapists, psychologists, and care assistants to support elderly patients with their medical, functional, and emotional needs.
What you will do.
- Perform technical nursing procedures tailored to geriatric patients
- Monitor and adjust individual care plans
- Continuously evaluate and monitor health status
- Guide patients through their recovery and rehabilitation process
- Provide support and clear communication to family and informal caregivers
- Actively contribute to a safe, respectful, and positive care environment
What they ask
- Bachelor's degree or graduate nurse diploma
- Experience or strong affinity with geriatrics (experience with orthopedics is a plus)
- Minimum 80% availability
- Very good command of Dutch
