A certified training organization, specializing in in-company training for businesses, is looking for a trainer for future training sessions. The organization operates nationally and trains over 1000 participants annually.
What you do
You will provide training on Microsoft Dynamics 365. The training lasts two days and covers the following topics:
- Introduction to the functionalities of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement
- Discovering Microsoft Dataverse and its role in Dynamics 365
- Overview of Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications and common functionalities
- Detailed presentation of Dynamics 365 Sales, including tools for effective sales process management
- Presentation of Dynamics 365 Customer Service, including tools for efficient customer support management
- Exploration of Dynamics 365 Customer Insights - Journeys and Data
- Managing marketing activities successfully and efficiently
- Presentation of Dynamics 365 Field Service, including product functionalities and after-sales service planning
Profile
- Trainer with a minimum of one year of experience.
Practical
- An introductory day with the organization is offered.
- A phone interview with participants prior to the training to personalize the content.
- The training program can be adapted to the specific needs of the team or organization.
