A Warehouse Manager for the technical warehouse is sought for a production environment. This is a temporary position focused on the daily management of technical stock and the transition from an existing, largely paper-based system to a digital system. You will join a technical environment where correct registration and follow-up of spare parts are important for the smooth operation of the maintenance department.
What you will do.
- Manage and monitor the stock of technical parts and spare parts.
- Check existing stock data and warehouse information.
- Register, check, and structure articles and parts.
- Monitor the issuance and receipt of technical materials.
- Perform and support stock controls and inventories.
- Work with the technical department to ensure correct identification and registration of parts.
- Contribute to structuring and digitizing the current stock administration.
- Support the transition from the existing paper system to a new digital system.
- Check whether data is correctly entered and registered in the new system.
- Identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect data and help resolve them.
- Ensure clear and organized warehouse administration.
Profile
We are looking for someone who works accurately and can easily operate in a technical environment. You preferably have:
- Experience with stock management, warehouse management, or inventory administration.
- Experience with a technical warehouse or with technical parts and spare parts is a strong asset.
- A good administrative mindset and an eye for detail.
- A practical and structured way of working.
- Interest in digital systems and improving existing processes.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.
- Experience with a CMMS, EAM, or ERP system is a plus.
- Experience with a specific system like IBM Maximo is a bonus, but not an absolute requirement.
