In this role, you help people, maintain an overview, plan, and ensure everything is well organized. You work at an in-house location of a production company, in the midst of flexible employees and managers. You are regularly present on the work floor, allowing you to know what is happening.
What you do
- Onboarding new flexible employees
- Supporting existing employees with their questions
- Maintaining contact with managers
- Managing personnel planning and ensuring optimal staffing
- Responding to changes or unexpected situations
- Keeping administrative matters in order behind the scenes, such as contracts, personnel changes, time registrations, files, and absence administration
- Working accurately and maintaining an overview
- Contributing ideas for smarter and more efficient processes
