You guide strategic change processes with an impact on both technical and operational employees, as well as digital and administrative profiles within an organization in the energy sector. The assignment consists of approximately 70% change delivery within strategic projects and 30% support for the Change Office and the further development of a sustainable change culture.
What you will do. You support and coach project, program, and team managers on the human and organizational side of complex changes. Specifically, you will be responsible for:
- Guiding change during the implementation of a new HRIS and other digital HR solutions
- Supporting the introduction of digital tools for technical and field employees
- Guiding the establishment, implementation, and positioning of a new department and a new team
- Co-developing the Change Office and further embedding change management within the organization
- Developing a clear project story and a convincing change narrative
- Identifying stakeholders and analyzing the impact per target group
- Drawing up and executing change, communication, training, and engagement plans
- Creating clear and accessible communication materials
- Developing and delivering training courses
- Organizing and facilitating workshops and change events
- Guiding stakeholders at various levels, from operational employees to management
- Recognizing and specifically addressing resistance within complex change processes
- Determining and monitoring adoption indicators
- Adjusting the change approach based on results and feedback
- Supporting process optimizations and working according to Agile principles
- Co-developing and implementing actions that promote a sustainable change culture
What they ask
- At least seven years of relevant experience in change management
- Current or previous ADKAR or Prosci certification
- Demonstrable experience within the energy sector
- Experience with the implementation and positioning of a new department or a new team
- Managed change for both Blue Collar and White Collar profiles
- Experience with change management within an HRIS implementation
- Fluent communication and reporting at various organizational levels
- Fluent in Dutch and French
Preferences.
- Experience with change management within an HR context
- Experience with the establishment or implementation of a Change Office
- Experience with project management and business process optimization
- Knowledge of methodologies such as ADKAR/Prosci, Kotter
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
- Professional communication in English
