Business Analyst

This assignment is part of a temporary replacement. An onboarding period is provided at the start of the assignment, and a handover is expected at the end.
- You will play a central role in:
- Managing the online shop, recently migrated to version 19, in a role comparable to that of a Product Owner (managing requests and backlog).
- The migration to version 19 of Odoo for specific departments.
- Maintaining version 14 of Odoo, currently used by specific departments pending migration.
What you do
- As a business analyst, you will analyze business needs, configure and implement Odoo solutions, and ensure alignment between the vendor and business teams.
- You will contribute to the development of a complex digital environment aimed at improving user experience and facilitating employee work.
- Within a multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with business teams and the vendor in a context where impact, responsibility, and quality are paramount.
- Key responsibilities:
- Leading workshops with stakeholders to understand, analyze, and challenge business needs.
- Performing business and functional analyses, identifying deviations (Fit/Gap), and proposing appropriate solutions.
- Prioritizing needs and contributing to functional trade-offs, maximizing business value.
- Challenging users and the vendor to favor simple, efficient, and sustainable solutions.
- Configuring and implementing Odoo modules in collaboration with developers.
- Coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT) phases, following up on feedback, and ensuring the quality of deliverables.
- Playing a key role during the implementation and hypercare phases to stabilize the solution and guide users.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous optimization, training users, and promoting solution adoption.
Profile
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Analyst, or Odoo Functional Consultant.
- You are able to understand business challenges and translate them into appropriate functional solutions.
- Experience as a Product Owner is a significant advantage.
- You possess strong analytical, synthetic, and communication skills.
- You are curious, pragmatic, and strive to generate concrete impact for users and the organization.
- You critically review needs while prioritizing customer value creation in your decisions.
- You are proficient in French; knowledge of English is a plus.

- This position can be filled with either a permanent contract or a freelance contract.
- Compensation is based on the scope of tasks, knowledge, and competencies.
