For a leading player in the healthcare and software sector, an organization is looking for a temporary Legal Counsel.
- This assignment is a replacement due to maternity leave.
What you do
- Provide legal support to the organization.
- Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts and agreements.
- Provide legal support regarding license agreements.
- Handle corporate housekeeping and general legal follow-up.
- Process and respond to legal complaints from clients.
- Review and support various legal communications.
- Advise internal stakeholders on legal matters.
- Monitor the legal quality and correctness of contractual documents.
Profile
- Legal background with approximately 5 years of relevant experience as a Legal Counsel or in a similar legal function.
- Experience with commercial contracts, contract review, and negotiations.
- Experience with license agreements and corporate legal topics is a strong asset.
- Accurate, pragmatic, and able to clearly translate legal matters to the business.
- Strong communication skills and comfortable in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch, English, and French.
Practical
- The assignment starts at 2 days per week and becomes full-time from the end of December.
