• You will take over tasks from internal senior employees.
• You are responsible for managing the financial administration.
• You ensure the quality and timeliness of data in the financial administration.
• You handle the periodic monthly closing of the administration.
• You assist colleagues in processing complex mutations and verify data accuracy.
• You manage various administrations such as general ledger, creditors, debtors, and projects, in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• You ensure that the organization's administration is in order.
• Specific tasks include:
• Periodic entries in the general ledger administration and memorial entries.
• Creating projects, assessing hour corrections, linking rates to employees, and preparing invoices.
• Creating the weekly payment batch and reconciling payments.
• Performing the closing of the project administration and general ledger administration.
• Tasks for the monthly closing, including revenue correction; rebooking costs on internal projects; P2P memo booking, allocation, and withdrawal of earmarked reserves.
• Preparing necessary files for auditor control and monitoring balance sheet accounts (checking, reconciling, and correcting).
• Weekly absence registration.
• Booking bank statements.
• VAT and IV3 declarations.
• GO-FO settlement run.
• Tasks related to the annual closing.
• If necessary, tasks for creditor and/or project and debtor administration.

What they ask

• Completed HBO bachelor's degree (HBO level 6).
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience in a similar role.

Desired.

• Demonstrable proficiency in executing VAT and other tax regulations (IV3).
