What you do
- You organize the daily operations of your department
- You are responsible for personnel administration
- You coach, guide, and motivate your employees
- You provide technical support to your team and monitor the follow-up of necessary procedures and projects related to hygiene, safety, and cleanliness, setting an example yourself
- You contribute to the development of nursing policy
- You are responsible for monitoring and controlling the health status of residents and the actions to be taken
- You are in close contact with residents and their families to inform them about all aspects of care
- You are responsible for organizing training courses.

- Nursing diploma
