Business Solutions Architect

• Guide clients from strategy to realization in their digital transformation.
• Translate business ambitions into an end-to-end solution blueprint with a focus on data, integrations, scalability, and non-functionals.
• Develop target (data) architecture: requirements, capability mapping, platform, and integration choices.
• Ensure data governance and data quality by design (definitions, validation, monitoring).
• Design AI-ready solutions: reliable data, unambiguous definitions, and robust security.
• Ensure data platforms are ready for advanced analytics and autonomous agents.
• Take ownership of the end-to-end realization together with the project team.
• Guide vendor selection and provide content-driven direction to implementation partners.
• Monitor scope, architecture, and non-functionals during implementation.
• Act as a trusted advisor at C-level, focusing on adoption, business value, and tangible impact.
• Bridge the gap between current digital maturity and an AI-supported future.

What they ask

• At least 5 years of experience as a Business Solution Architect or Functional Consultant within ERP implementations.
• Five years of client-facing consultancy experience.
• Expertise in end-to-end business processes (BPMN, Lean, …) in supply chain, production, finance, procurement, operations, or sales.
• A natural coach, connector, communicator, and problem-solver.
• Very fluent communication in Dutch and French, with a good knowledge of English.
• A master's degree.
