Teacher Education Assistant

• Guiding students at levels 3 and 4 in the Education Assistant field.
• Fulfilling student-oriented roles, such as study path supervisor and practical training supervisor.
• Motivating and guiding students in their personal, professional, and career development.

• Supporting students with practical assignments and applying knowledge and skills in recognizable practical situations.

What they ask

• A completed relevant HBO (higher professional education) degree in the Welfare field, such as Social Work, Pedagogy, SPH, or a comparable agogic education.
• A teaching qualification is desired, or you are willing to obtain one (opportunity provided).
• Knowledge of and demonstrable experience within the professional field, for example as a pedagogical worker and/or education assistant.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to guide students in a positive and respectful manner.
• Empathy and insight into group dynamics, with the ability to respond to different learning needs and behaviors.
• An independent, proactive attitude and the willingness to work with colleagues on the development of students.
• An enthusiastic and eager-to-learn personality who gains energy from supporting and motivating young people and young adults.
