Profile
- Minimum of a relevant MBO diploma (level 4), such as Social Care or Nursing.
- Has followed additional relevant training or courses.
- Open, proactive, flexible, and dares to implement changes in a dynamic care environment.
- Preferably experienced with psychiatric clients.
- Identifies with working according to a recovery-oriented model.
