What you will do. As a Marketing & Communication Specialist, you are responsible for the coordination and execution of marketing and communication activities within the organization. You will work closely with colleagues from Sales, Business Development, Technology, and Management to ensure that our expertise is visible to customers, prospects, and stakeholders. You will:
- translate the marketing strategy into concrete actions and campaigns
- support the further development of the organization's brand
- develop and manage external communication across various channels
- coordinate digital marketing initiatives via website, email campaigns, and social media
- analyze results and adjust actions based on data
- support sales with customer-oriented content, presentations, cases, and marketing materials
- monitor market developments, trends
- collaborate with external partners, suppliers, and communication channels
Profile
You are curious, strong in communication, and feel at home in a professional B2B environment where substantive expertise is central. In addition, you possess:
- A Master's degree in Marketing, Communication, or a similar field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in marketing and communication
- Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English
- Experience with digital marketing, content creation, and analysis tools
- A creative mind combined with an analytical and structured approach
- A desire to take initiative and independently follow up on projects
- Experience within the food industry, agro-food sector, or a technical B2B environment is a plus
