As a Caregiver IG within a flexible pool, you will work at various care locations within a care organization. No day is the same: you provide warm and personal care to residents, while also motivating residents to participate in (group) activities and/or day care. You combine care activities, such as ADL care and technical nursing actions, with supportive tasks. This includes stimulating self-reliance, offering a listening ear, and supporting daily activities.
You effortlessly adapt to the needs of the client and the team. Working in the flexible pool offers the opportunity to arrange your services according to your work-life balance, but also leads to peak loads, for example due to ad-hoc services and/or temporary assignments during holiday periods. The flexible pool employee is valued by colleagues and steps in when they are significant for both the team and the residents.

What they ask
- A diploma from the Caregiver IG (level 3) training.
- Affinity with care for people with disabilities and/or elderly clients.
- You work with a variable schedule, including sleep shifts, availability on weekends and holidays.
