A healthcare organization is looking for an enthusiastic movement therapist to temporarily strengthen a specific care program for young people in transition age and the mobile team. The organization offers specialized treatments through a multidisciplinary approach, both residential and mobile, as well as support in housing and well-being.
What you will do.
- Co-responsible for the group therapeutic offer and treatment of young people in transition age who are struggling with their transition to adulthood.
Profile
- Possess a bachelor's degree in a relevant field (physical education, movement science, sport…)
- Experience in providing various types of movement therapy within a psychiatric setting (body-oriented, sport, PMT), for example during previous work experience or an internship
- Affinity with the target group and consciously choosing to work with them
- Able to establish a therapeutic working relationship and manage group therapeutic processes
- Able to deal with a diversity of attachment styles
- Have a strength-based approach and handle crisis situations
- Work independently within a multidisciplinary team
- Be flexible and open to challenges
- Strongly align with a value-driven organization
- Possess a B driving license
