What you will do.

- You lead a team of approximately 25 consultants.
- You ensure adequate staffing, capacity deployment, and effective work distribution.
- You guide employees in their development, vitality, and career.
- You are responsible for the quality, timeliness, and legality of the work within your team.
- You translate developments in laws and regulations into daily operations.
- You stimulate continuous improvement of processes and services.
- You work closely with fellow managers, team leaders, and chain partners, including an immigration service.
- You contribute to the further development of the department and the new organizational structure.
- You identify opportunities and bottlenecks and convert them into improvement initiatives.
