A care organization is looking for a helpful caregiver for a residential care center. The organization is an umbrella structure for elderly care.
What you will do.
- You are a full-fledged colleague within the team.
- You provide the necessary hygienic toilet care to residents.
- You apply compression stockings.
- You may perform the 5 additional care actions if you have followed the appropriate (additional) training.
- You observe residents and report on this during the briefing.
- You enter the necessary data into the digital care file.
- You work independently and under the supervision of a nurse.
- Together with care assistants and other staff members, you work on the multidisciplinary development of a warm home for the residents.
- You build a bond with residents and listen to their wise and quirky life stories.
- You can count on the help and expertise of many colleagues around you.
- There is a possibility to work at night, which can be discussed with the team coordinator.
- Regular training sessions are organized to support your talent development.
Profile
- You are in possession of a caregiver visa.
- You have a heart for the elderly and an eye for detailed care.
- You are patient and caring, realizing that each resident has different needs.
- You are flexible and a reliable team player.
- You have a good command of the Dutch language.
- Employees in the care sector must be able to present a certificate of good conduct.
Practical
- Fixed-term contract with a negotiable hourly contract (maximum 4/5th). After a positive evaluation, this can be converted into a permanent contract.
- Employment with a variable schedule where you work 1 weekend out of 2.
- Full takeover of relevant seniority and a portion of non-relevant experience.
- Remuneration according to IFIC category 11.
- Extra-legal benefits: meal vouchers, bicycle and walking allowance, possibility of bicycle leasing, hospitalization insurance after 1 year of service, second pension pillar upon entry into service, 27 days of annual leave, free access to the staff benefits platform, annual training offer during working hours.
