- Expertise in at least one of the following banking domains: Mortgage Loans / Lending, KYC / AML, Payments.
What you do
- Gather, analyse and challenge business requirements through workshops and stakeholder discussions.
- Translate business needs into clear functional specifications.
- Map and improve business processes using UML and BPMN.
- Write user stories with clear, testable acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, developers and testers in an Agile environment.
- Support testing and business validation to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
What they ask
- At least 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proven experience in the banking sector, ideally in Mortgage Loans, KYC/AML or Payments.
- Strong analytical and functional analysis skills.
- Solid knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Experience with UML, BPMN and tools such as Jira, Confluence or Azure DevOps.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with business and technical stakeholders.
- French and Dutch, depending on the project, alongside fluent English.
