What you do
As a veterinarian within the admission, emergency, and intensive care team, you are the first point of contact for emergency and critical cases. You ensure that animals are quickly and professionally received, stabilized, and further treated.
- Emergency care: Receive, stabilize, and manage emergency patients (primary and secondary care).
- Inpatient care: Monitor and manage patients during their stay in the intensive care unit.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal specialists and maintain short lines of communication with referring veterinarians and owners. Daily multidisciplinary consultation.
- Schedule: Work according to a 4-week schedule, with flexible availability for day, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekends and holidays.
