Program Manager

• Realize program objectives within a controlled and predictable process, together with the program team.
• Be a sparring partner for the program team regarding current developments.
• Coordinate and advise on management documents and reports.
• Fulfill a connecting role in information exchange between projects, the line organization, and the board.
• Be a sparring partner for projects to maintain or bring project control to the desired level.
• Step in when temporary additional capacity or expertise is needed.
• Further implement the developed control framework, in close collaboration with project control managers.
• Further develop existing control aspects and, where necessary, develop and implement new products.

What they ask

• Completed university (WO) degree, preferably a Master's in a financial, economic, business administration, or organization & management direction.
• Demonstrable minimum of 8 years of experience working in IPM teams, of which at least 5 years in dike reinforcement projects.
• Demonstrable theoretical and practical knowledge of integrated project control and a minimum of 10 years of experience in this field.

Preferences.

• Demonstrable minimum of 3 years of work experience as a program manager within programs for the integrated control of dike reinforcement programs.
• Demonstrably capable of involving the program team and project teams in change initiatives, creating support for change, and implementing it in a planned manner.
• Demonstrable 3 years of work experience at water management organizations and at program directorates of dike reinforcement programs.
