A service organization is experiencing growth and has many open vacancies, with a clear focus on IT profiles. A specialist is sought to immediately participate operationally and coordinate vacancies from A to Z.
What you will do.
- Coordinate your own portfolio of vacancies from A to Z, with a focus on IT profiles.
- Post and manage vacancies online in the ATS and monitor inflow.
- Screen all CVs, both direct applications and candidates provided by external partners.
- Independently conduct the first intake interviews with candidates and, where necessary, join the second interviews at the office.
- Actively source via LinkedIn Recruiter to proactively approach hard-to-fill IT profiles.
- Plan and follow up on interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and HR.
- Proactively follow up with hiring managers for timely feedback on CVs and interviews.
- Utilize AI tools to make sourcing, screening, and candidate communication more efficient.
What they ask
- 2 to 10 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist, Recruiter, or HR Officer with a clear recruitment focus.
- Experience with the full recruitment process, from vacancy to offer.
- Experience in recruiting IT profiles is a big plus.
- Fluent knowledge of LinkedIn Recruiter and an ATS.
- Fluent Dutch and English, French is a big plus.
- Bachelor's or master's degree or equivalent by experience.
