Preparation and rollout of a pioneering project for inclusive education.

  • Collaboration between mainstream and special secondary education, CLBs, and a learning support center.
  • The 2026-2027 school year is a preparatory and ramp-up year.
  • Concrete steps will be implemented starting from the 2027-2028 school year.

What you will do.

  • Coordinate the preparation, launch, and phased implementation of an innovative collaborative project.
  • Lead the supra-school expertise cell.
  • Monitor alignment between multidisciplinary teams.
  • Support data collection and analysis.
  • Organize consultation and communication.
  • Contribute to a shared inclusive policy framework.
  • Prepare, together with partners, the implementation roadmap for the 2027-2028 school year.
  • Research, develop, and discover, together with the steering group and project partners, how to take concrete and feasible steps towards inclusive education.
  • Contribute to a shared approach, providing space to learn together, try out new working methods, and translate insights.
  • Ensure the qualitatively sound, organizational, and process-oriented coordination of the pioneering project.
  • Bring coherence to various actions, limit administrative burden, and streamline consultation structures.
  • Utilize data for policy choices and prepare project rollout.
  • Ensure the project is developed in an evidence-informed, transparent, participatory, and feasible manner.
  • Maintain continuous attention to communication with teacher teams, parents, students, and external partners.
  • Prepare a gradual and feasible start-up with involved partners.
