Supervisor of the Personal Records Database (BRP)

• Collect and investigate reports, focusing on the Personal Records Database (BRP).
• Analyze addresses from various angles to understand the actual situation.
• Conduct home visits in plain clothes to verify factual living situations.
• Engage in conversations with residents if discrepancies are found and report back to the department.
• Perform administrative research prior to home visits.
• Document findings in reports and prepare decision-making based on these.
• Prepare, execute, and handle controls on compliance with laws and regulations.
• Inspect and investigate on location.
• Draft reports and advice.
• Provide practical results feedback to the Civil Affairs department.
• Schedule control evenings and provide coordinators with information on cases.
• Independent role with significant personal responsibility, often on the road with a colleague supervisor.
• Opportunity to obtain BOA authorization.

What they ask

• Completed MBO-level education.
• Driving license B (for conducting home visits with a company car).
• Proficiency in Dutch and English.

Preferences.

• Experience with conducting address investigations and home visits in the BRP.
• A BOA certificate.
• Proficiency in Turkish or Bulgarian.

• Good communication skills.
• Ability to ask the right questions and conduct constructive conversations during home visits.
• Clearly report findings in correct Dutch, with diligence.
• Take responsibility in your work.
• Keep a cool head and, if necessary, de-escalate in intense situations.
• Make a positive connection with residents by listening actively and showing empathy.
