Behavioral Scientist Ambulatory Treatment
You will apply your expertise within a specialized team for family treatment of autism. You are analytically strong, think in possibilities, and are energized by coaching and supporting professionals. You are responsible for the substantive support and quality assurance of treatments. You are an important substantive sparring partner within the team and work based on autism specialization and systemic work. You monitor the quality, safety, and methodical execution of treatments.
You contribute to discussions on treatment-related content issues and translate scientific insights into daily practice.
What you will do. From your expertise, you support and coach therapists in carrying out treatments. Additionally:
- You contribute to discussions on appropriate interventions and treatment forms.
- You monitor the substantive quality of treatments based on autism specialization and systemic work.
- You actively contribute to triage, screening, and decision-making regarding new registrations and conduct intake interviews.
- You participate in multidisciplinary consultations and maintain contact with involved network partners such as schools, municipalities, and referrers.
- You contribute to professional development, methodology development, and the further development of the treatment product.
- You promote methodical work within the team.
- You collaborate closely with colleagues, the network, and external partners.
Profile
You will join a dedicated and expert ambulatory team with extensive knowledge and experience regarding autism. Colleagues support each other, think together, and dare to challenge each other to continuously improve in their profession. Within the team, you will work closely with the cluster manager. Together, you will form the substantive and organizational point of contact for and of the team.
What they ask
- A completed university degree (WO) in Orthopedagogics or Psychology.
- A valid SKJ registration.
- Experience with autism and systemic work.
- Familiarity with "Geef me de 5®" and/or motivation to develop further in this area.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to clearly translate complex case studies into concrete action advice.
- Engaged, proactive, tactful, and responsible.
