Responsible for the daily management of the Services team, which includes odd jobs, warehouse, transport, logistics, and facility services.
- Ensures the safe and correct execution of all work and monitors the quality and progress of tasks performed by internal and external parties within a correctional facility.
- Evaluates and adjusts work processes, including introducing new safety instructions and working methods.
- Maintains close contact with all internal departments and external partners and clients to ensure proper coordination, cooperation, and continuity.
- Acts as the central point for facility matters and contact person for contractors and supporting services of the organization.
