The activities are embedded in the organization of a government organization and/or are also (partially or entirely) performed by employees employed by the organization. The assignment is deployed to replace a sick employee.
What you will do.
- Perform general caretaker duties including internal and external mail distribution (incl. franking).
- Assist with wedding ceremonies, official receptions, and guided tours.
- Prepare meeting rooms.
- Provide coffee and tea.
- Perform copying and reproduction work.
- Facilitate various meetings, such as receptions, resident evenings, and committee and council meetings.
- Manage the flag protocol.
- Perform other activities and tasks in the work area.
- Supervise the functioning of installations/equipment, perform simple maintenance and repair work, act as a point of contact for the supplier, and coordinate the supplier's activities.
- Manage the audiovisual installation in the council chamber and the audiovisual equipment in the canteen.
- Manage the stock warehouse and, within the given frameworks, ensure purchasing management.
- Manage furniture, communication, and presentation tools.
- Manage the agendas for the meeting rooms.

- Demonstrably completed education at a minimum of MBO level 3.
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrable work experience as a facility employee.
- Demonstrable work experience as a facility employee with mail distribution.
- Agreement with the stated secondment conditions.
Preferences.
- Demonstrably completed education in facility management at a minimum of MBO level 3.
- Minimum of 4 years demonstrable work experience with facilitating meetings, such as receptions, resident evenings, and committee and council meetings.
- Minimum of 1 year demonstrable work experience as a facility employee at a government organization.
