In collaboration with an organization in the food sector, which is undergoing an exciting phase of change due to a significant ERP transition. You will join a professional finance team where your experience and expertise will have a direct impact on the continuity of financial processes.
What you will do.
- Support the AP and AR Accountant.
- Monitor and analyze sales activities for various brands and customers.
- Maintain close contact with internal departments such as logistics, quality, customer service, marketing, and accounting to support customers.
- Be the right hand of the marketing department by assisting with the preparation of commercial actions (fairs, promotions, tastings).
- Report to the sales manager.
- Book meeting rooms and attend sales meetings.
Profile
- First relevant experience in accounting.
- At least 2 to 4 years of experience in AP and/or AR accounting.
- Experience with independently performing operational accounting tasks.
- Experience in a production environment or with ERP systems is a plus.
- Accurate, structured, and able to set priorities.
- Flexible and comfortable in a changing environment.
- Fluent communication in Dutch.
- Knowledge of French is a significant advantage.
- Available to start at short notice.
- Recent graduates are not eligible for this position.
