A government organization is looking for an experienced Interim Workforce Management (WFM) Expert for the Registers Services department. This department is undergoing a significant transformation focused on digitalization, ownership, and collaboration. The current WFM setup does not sufficiently align with the desired development towards greater employee ownership, more efficient processes, and a flexibly deployable organization.
The assignment focuses on designing, implementing, and securing a renewed WFM approach.
What you will do.
- Develop a future vision and implementation plan for Workforce Management.
- Redesign and optimize planning, forecasting, and capacity management processes.
- Advise on and guide the implementation of self-organization within operations.
- Optimize collaboration between different disciplines.
- Increase flexibility in capacity deployment, matching workload and service delivery.
- Advise on the optimal use and further development of Verint to support WFM processes.
- Determine which tools can optimally deploy the current staffing, and develop a vision on the roles, profiles, and necessary coaching and development.
- Ensure handover and a sustainably functioning WFM structure.
Profile
You are both a strategic advisor and a hands-on change agent, able to translate vision into concrete improvements in daily practice.
What they ask
- Minimum of a completed HBO (higher professional education) degree in Work Force Management.
- Minimum 8 years of demonstrable experience within Workforce Management in complex organizations (in the past 10 years).
- Demonstrable experience with organizational changes, transitions, or large implementation projects (in the past 5 years).
- Demonstrable experience with planning, forecasting, and capacity management within customer contact and operational organizations (in the past 5 years).
- Demonstrable experience with Workforce Management across multiple channels and multidisciplinary teams (in the past 5 years).
- Demonstrable experience with a leading Workforce Management system (preferably Verint) and its implementation or optimization (in the past 5 years).
- Demonstrable experience in guiding change processes where processes, systems, and behavior change simultaneously (in the past 5 years).
- Communication in Dutch.
Preferences.
- Demonstrable experience working with similar government organizations.
