As an HR consultant, you will work in-house at a large organization. You will be the fixed point of contact for both flexible employees and the organization. The role is characterized by variety, responsibility, and direct contact with people. You play an important role in connecting talent with opportunities and ensuring satisfaction for both the organization and flexible workers.
With an empathetic and proactive approach, you contribute to efficient personnel planning, support flexible workers in their development, and maintain strong relationships. You work independently at the organization, but you have a close-knit team of remote colleagues with whom you consult regularly.

- Guiding: support flexible employees in their professional development and guide them during their first working day.
- Communicating: maintain contact with the organization and flexible workers via email, phone, and personal conversations.

- Evaluating: prepare and conduct performance reviews to discuss performance and development.
Profile
We are looking for a social, decisive HR consultant who is confident. You easily switch between employees and team leaders, even when encountering resistance or difficult conversations. You effortlessly switch between different interlocutors and know how to build lasting relationships with your empathy and persuasiveness.
