What you do
- Daily connecting talents with opportunities.
- Managing your own client portfolio and building strong relationships with 2 to 3 regular clients.
- Planning regular client visits to understand their culture and needs.
- Quickly adapting and making the right matches.
- Writing attractive job descriptions.
- Conducting personal interviews with candidates to discover their motivations and ambitions.
- Performing administrative tasks and client contact.
- Working in a close-knit team of recruiters and HR consultants, where collaboration and knowledge sharing are central.
- Receiving support from experienced colleagues while having the freedom to work independently.
What they ask
- An entrepreneurial connector who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities, and making an impact.
- MBO/HBO (vocational/higher professional education) work and thinking level.
- Driving license B and own transportation.
- Good command of Dutch and English.
- German language proficiency is a plus.
- A committed, communicative, and results-oriented attitude.
- Experience as a manager in retail or hospitality is a plus.
