Test Coordinator

This assignment is part of a dual context of evolving applications related to regional vehicle taxation:
- The redesign of the existing IT solution, particularly within the framework of phase 2 of the reform of the registration tax applicable from July 1, 2026.
- The implementation of the new road vignette tax planned from the first quarter of 2027.
What you do
The test coordinator participates in the design and execution of transversal multi-application tests, end-to-end tests, and parallel run exercises in an evolving application environment.
- Coordinate the reception activities of deliverables in consultation with program managers.
- Align schedules.
- Monitor campaigns and produce test reports.
- Contribute to the standardization of the test methodology and its implementation within the programs concerned.
- Contribute to improving the organization's testing maturity according to frameworks such as TMMi.
- Particular attention is expected on the formalization of tests, their execution, the monitoring of anomalies via Jira, and, when relevant, the automation of tests using tools such as Java, Selenium, Cucumber, or equivalents.

Profile
You have confirmed experience in test coordination in a complex and multi-application context.
- Autonomy in carrying out missions.
- Excellent communication and easy contact with stakeholders.
- Synthesis capability and good writing skills.
- Competence in training, guidance, popularization, and knowledge transfer.
- Leadership, assertiveness, and persuasion skills.
- Facilitative, solution-oriented approach.
- Mastery of planning, coordination, synthesis, and reporting in testing.
- Knowledge of the Atlassian suite, including Jira and Confluence.
- Mastery of tools for test formalization and automation (Java, Selenium, Cucumber, etc.).
- Knowledge of frameworks and techniques for improving testing maturity, particularly TMMi.
- Experience contributing to projects.
- Experience in the public, regional, or similar sector is a significant asset.
Practical
- Mandatory language: French.
- The evaluation process may include questions on the content of the assignment, a questionnaire related to Walloon taxation, and discussions on the test methodology to be implemented with reference to ISTQB and TMMi standards.
