A public educational institution is working on a sustainable and future-proof campus with complex energy management. Insight into energy consumption is indispensable for sustainability.
What you will do.
- Collect, analyze, and report energy data.
- Develop methods and improve existing working methods and systems.
- Translate data into concrete insights and advice using energy monitoring software.
- Make opportunities for savings and sustainability visible.
- Contribute to compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
- Provide input for various sustainability projects.
- Collaborate with colleagues within Campus Real Estate & Facility Management, faculties, external parties, and governments.
- Plan, prepare, and improve energy reports, including cost allocation and invoicing.
- Perform analyses using energy monitoring software and translate data into concrete advice.
- Communicate with stakeholders and manage external parties.
- Provide input and advice on various sustainability projects.
- Generate data overviews and make improvement proposals for the monitoring platform.
Profile
- Analytical, curious, and proactive.
- Works accurately and independently, but also actively seeks collaboration.
- A convincing discussion partner who can clearly translate technical information into advice.
What they ask
- Completed HBO or university education, for example in (technical) business administration, energy technology, mechanical engineering, or a similar field.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant work experience in a comparable role.
- Experience with energy monitoring software or the willingness to learn quickly.
- Affinity with sustainability, innovation, and energy management.
- Strong communication skills in Dutch, both verbally and in writing.
