What you do
As an Implementation Manager, you play an important role at a tactical-strategic level. You connect the ambitions of the program with the daily practice of the organization.
- Directs the implementation, scaling, and sustainable embedding of successful projects and initiatives.
- Collaborates organization-wide with various stakeholders.
- Ensures that successful innovations become a lasting part of the university.
- Develops implementation approaches and directs the scaling and embedding of successful program initiatives.
- Brings together relevant stakeholders and different interests, creating support for change.
- Understands how decision-making and collaboration work within a university and uses this to create movement and shared ownership.
- Works closely with project managers to not only develop innovations but also to ensure they have a lasting impact.
- Maps out what is needed to sustainably embed initiatives within the organization.
- Understands the broader administrative, policy, and organizational landscape and knows how to translate this into the right approach, timing, and stakeholder involvement.
- Ensures the right preconditions and clarity regarding ownership, governance, roles, and responsibilities, so that new working methods become part of regular processes and structures.
