Wanted: Executive Secretary with cabinet duties! Are you the organizational linchpin who brings calm to the hustle and bustle of public administration? We are looking for a proactive executive secretary for a temporary assignment at a municipal cooperation organization.
What you will do.
- Agenda management
- Cabinet duties
- Organizing official receptions and anniversaries with a colleague
- Supporting the process of royal distinctions
- First point of contact for the board, residents, and external partners
Profile
- Experienced professional with experience within the government (municipality, province, or national government)
- Keen sense of administrative relations and diplomacy
- Accurate, discreet, and exceptionally strong in communication
- Proactive and results-oriented
- Customer-focused and flexible attitude
- Presentable, accurate
- Recognizes administrative sensitivity and is a team player
- Expert in the field of the function through education and/or relevant work experience

- A certificate of good conduct (VOG) with screening profiles 11, 12, 13 is mandatory
- Agreement with the stated secondment condition
