In this temporary role, the focus is on employer branding, labor market communication, and actively reaching technical talent. You translate what appeals to different target groups into concrete campaigns and activities and ensure that the organization is visible as an employer where its target group is located. Recruitment and selection are naturally part of this. You not only think about how to reach candidates but also actively handle vacancies and candidates yourself.
What you do
- You develop and execute employer branding and labor market campaigns for various target groups.
- You devise how and through which channels technical talent can be better reached and actively work on this.
- You create content for social media, vacancies, and other labor market communication.
- You maintain contacts with educational institutions and support open days, labor market events, and other recruitment activities.
- You actively search for and approach potential candidates and think about creative ways to interest hard-to-reach target groups.
- You also guide the entire recruitment process: from vacancy intake and screening to interviews, employment conditions, and the first steps towards onboarding.
Profile
We are primarily looking for someone who combines creativity with action. Someone who can not only conceive a campaign or idea but also actually execute it. You enjoy finding new ways to reach technical talent and easily switch between marketing, HR, and recruitment. Additionally:
- Experience with employer branding, labor market communication, recruitment marketing, and/or recruitment.
- Preferably, an affinity with technology, production, or the manufacturing industry.
- Know how to reach different target groups and how to tailor a message to them.
- Creative, strong in communication, and at the same time practical and results-oriented.
- Able to work independently and maintain an overview of various projects and vacancies.
- Easily interacts with HR colleagues, managers, candidates, educational institutions, and external parties.
