Information Provision and Automation Employee

You will work for a government organization committed to a safe country. You will join a department that supports colleagues with equipment, supplies, and ICT to perform tasks effectively.
What you will do.
- Guide change processes resulting from modifications to information systems.
- Identify, formulate (prioritize), and analyze problems within information and operational management processes.
- Monitor problem resolution.
- Act as the first point of contact for end-users and line managers during new IT releases and changes, including operational management advice.
- Serve as the primary contact for information services and look for process improvements.
- Gain insight into the department's information business processes and IT landscape (applications; software & hardware).
- Provide future-oriented advice on the IT landscape.
- Execute, evaluate, and coordinate the department's IT landscape (software & hardware).
- Scale and inquire about needs within the department.
- Advise on ICT issues and information-related matters.
- Prepare and evaluate IT manuals.
- Maintain responsible contact with IT suppliers.
- Coordinate and guide knowledge sharing of IT operational management.
- Onboarding of new employees (rights, ICT resources).
- Consult and update activity registration systems, such as ServiceNow, Microsoft, and IAM systems.
- Work closely with team members and other departments.
