- Translate complex legal decisions into understandable texts for applicants
- Litigate and defend
- Handle objections by drafting statements of defense
- Provide oral defense before the objection committee
- Occasionally litigate before the administrative court and the Council of State
- Contribute to thinking and development
- Advise on new legislation for digital applications
- Contribute to the development of new housing regulations
- Collaborate with housing corporations on process optimization
- Provide input for reporting, such as the annual housing urgency report
