1st Administrator Intelligence & Security (I&S)
This position is within the Intelligence & Security (I&S) domain of a government organization. You will work on the management and continuity of systems essential for information provision. The organization contributes to national security. You will join an IT command that supports colleagues with equipment, supplies, and IT. Within this IT command, thousands of IT professionals daily ensure the development, maintenance, and security of the IT infrastructure.
In a service team, you will work on systems used within the intelligence and security domain, where stability, security, and technical expertise are central.

- HBO (higher professional education) work and thinking level, demonstrated by an HBO ICT diploma or ITIL Foundation knowledge area.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in managing complex ICT systems and networks.
- Minimum 4 years of experience with ITIL processes and procedures and demonstrable experience with process-oriented work.
- Knowledge of relevant developments and management processes, such as CI/CD, Docker, container orchestration, and configuration management tools (e.g., Puppet).
- Specialist knowledge of Windows and Linux environments including hosting complex applications with DNS, firewalls, load balancing, certificates, and communication protocols.
- Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell/Linux scripting).
- Experience with analyzing disruptions, determining causes, and advising on modifications/measures.
- Available for on-call services (7x24).
- A VGB A-screening is mandatory.
